    A Superior Court judge has refused to issue a temporary injunction against Marblehead High School head football coach Douglas Chernovetz while also allowing the case against him to continue. Judge Kathe M. Tuttman denied Chernovetz s attorneys motion to dismiss the case Wednesday but also decided that the court did not need to intervene immediately to protect student-athlete Timothy Morris from his former coach.     Crighton Foundation hearing postponed; no new court date  May 13, 2008
    A hearing on an application for a temporary injunction against the Montgomery County Foundation for Performing Arts was postponed and the nonprofit s attorney is hopeful the issue can be resolved outside of court.
