    Christopher Swanson, 28, pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated battery to a child during the second day of a jury trial that began Monday at the DeKalb County Courthouse. Swanson was arrested Dec. 24, 2006, two days after medical staff at OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center in Rockford reported a possible case of child abuse to the Genoa Police Department, according to court documents.
