    Defendants ask for malpractice dismissal  May 2, 2008
    In the defendants' responses, filed April 14, Tom Rusboldt, attorney for the IPFC fund, states the injuries and damages sustained by the Meskers may have been the result of a "pre-existing medical condition or disease process of Tracey and/or her unborn child or the result of a superseding and/or intervening cause.". Rusboldt adds that the plaintiffs' claims may be dismissed or reduced due to "contributory negligence" by Tracey Meskers. (Chetek Alert, WI)
