The Park Falls Herald Dec 30, 2003 PARK FALLS -- Park Manor administrators have decided to appeal a federal administrative law judge's ruling upholding one of five citations that were the only ones remaining of 35 alleged deficiencies issued to the nursing home in a combined state/federal survey in March of 2001.
