Through an attorney, driver Dylan Carter, 19, of 63 Taft Road, offers a "general denial" of allegations in a civil suit filed by Lalime's parents. The Rockingham County Superior Court lawsuit alleges Carter was under the influence of drugs and driving recklessly when he crashed into Lalime, fracturing the boy's skull and pelvis, putting him in a coma and leaving him with permanent disabilities.
