The "friendly" suit, filed late last week in Cole County Circuit Court, names the three county commissioners -- Ed Hillhouse, Ann Schroeder and Terry Wilson -- State Auditor Claire McCaskill and Missouri Attorney General Jay Nixon as defendants.
