Dentler sought to have all the evidence gathered after his removal from Missouri thrown out, arguing that since he was not presented to a Missouri magistrate before his removal as required by Missouri's Fresh Pursuit Statute, the evidence should be suppressed. Iowa law does not speak to that issue, so District Court Judge Arthur E.
