    The concept of Controlled Foreign Corporation has been brought in the bill that will address the concerns of companies parking their revenues overseas in a low tax jurisdiction in an increasingly globalised world. The rules will allow tax authorities to extend domestic laws for taxing profits of subsidiaries of Indian companies abroad. (India Times)
