The board also decided to declare Interim Academic Director Nina Cullen-Hamzeh the school s chief staff person alluded to in its bylaws, a designation which comes with an ex officio seat on the board. Governance Committee Chairwoman Cathy Vaucher recommended Cullen-Hamzeh over Interim Managing Director Albert Argenziano because Argenziano is a 20-hour-a-week contractor, while Cullen-Hamzeh is a full-time staff member.
