(NAELA) that says our town s W.H. Tom Thomas Jr. has joined the academy. Membership in the academy is open to licensed attorneys who are practicing in the area of elder law or who are interested in legal issues pertaining to the elderly (like me, according to Thomas).     Lawyer Avoids Jail in Contempt Case  Dec 22, 2007
    Fritz explained that Dorfman's employment by Koerner ended in June, but that she had found another attorney who specializes in elder law to work with and supervise Dorfman, as long as Dorfman avoided a prison sentence.
