Gallardos G&H Management faces bankruptcy Jan 23, 2010
Gallardo, the president of G&H, agreed to a consent judgment for that amount Oct. 26 in a St. Louis County Circuit Court suit. Ozzie s closed last and G&H has failed to satisfy the judgment, and has made no payments on the lease since the judgment, although rent continues to accrue during the term of the lease, attorneys for U.S. REIF with in St. Louis said in the bankruptcy petition.
