    Earlier this month, Brunner sued Premier Election Solutions (formerly known as Diebold Election Systems), accusing the voting machine manufacturer of breach of warranty, fraud, and not fulfilling its contracts, after hundreds of votes in several Ohio counties were "dropped" during March's primary.
