    Does anybody recall that our Constitution states in Article I Section 9 that [n]o Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed. How are we viewed by the rest of the world when we (through our representatives in government) decide that rights belong only to us and not to any of our brethren that our rulers disagree with.
