Koweek has also served as counsel for the Hudson Housing Authority and the RSVP Program, and as president and vice-president of the Columbia County Bar Association. He was a member of the Hudson City School Board from 1991-1996, the Columbia Memorial Hospital Board from 1992 to 1996, J.W.
